There will be one midterm and a final exam. Homework will count for 50%,
the midterm for 15% and the final exam for 35% of the semester grade.

A semester-long project will be handed out at the end of
January. You will be allowed to work in groups and a typed paper will have
to be turned in by each group at the end of the semester. The project will
be worth 150 points and the project grade may replace the midterm grade
or some of the homework grades.
