About Me

I am an Associate Professor of Mathematics at the University of Arizona (UA) and a proud member of the Graduate Interdisciplinary Program (GIDP) in Statistics and Data Science.
Currently, I serve as an Editor for the journal STAT and hold the role of Associate Editor for the Journal of the American Statistical Association.
I received my B.S. in Mathematics from Peking University, and Ph.D. from the Department of Mathematics at Stony Brook University.
Prior to joining the UA, I spent a productive year as a Research Associate at the statistics lab, Princeton University.
I was a co-organizer of UA TRIPODS research working group (RWG) 6.
I coached Sunrise Drive Mathleague Club with my colleagues Selena Niu and Helen Zhang. In 2020-2021, the club had been expanded to all four elementary schools in CFSD16.
