Week of September3 - We discussed the Futurama theorem, a theorem formulated specifically for an episode of the cartoon show "Futurama." (Megan led the discussion.)

Week of September 10 and 17 - We had a Math Battle! (The problems were compiled by Gleb.)

Week of September 24- We discussed enumerating walks on an integer lattice. The handout can be found here (Rachel and Yan led the discussion.)

Week October 1 - We discussed card shuffling and repeated decimals. The handout can be found here (Aalok and Luke led the discussion.)

Week of October 8 - We discussed Pick's Theorem. The handout can be found here (Brian led the discussion.)

Week of October 15 - We discussed how to distinguish knots and links using three colorings. Here is the handout we used. (Katie led the discussion.)

Week of October 22 - We discussed modular operations and cryptography. (Nick L. led the discussion.)

Week of October 29 - We discussed the mathematics of the game "KenKen." (Antonio led the discussion.)

Week of November 5 - We had another math battle! Here is a list of the problems we discussed. (The discussion was led by the Math Circle volunteer team.)

Week of November 12 - We had another math battle, with a new set of problems which can be found here. (Nick K and Megan led the Math battle.)

Week of November 19 - We discussed Catalan numbers. (Antonio led the discussion.)

Week of November 26 - No Math Circle due to Thanksgiving.

Week of December 3 - We played some "dot" games and discussed strategies for these games. The handout can be found here. (Led by Megan.)
